    Throughout Maggie’s early years she gained many qualifications in Health & Social Care which led to a promotion to Deputy Manager in 2016. After further studying for Management & Leadership qualifications in December 2018, she took on the Manager’s role. Maggie is now our Home Manager, she has a great insight to the health and wellbeing of her residents, staff and their workload due to her starting at ground level. Maggie’s knowledge and understanding of our residents and the home allows her to advise and support so that the best possible care is given to residents and equally to the support of her staff.

    Lynne has 31 years’ experience as a nurse and has worked in healthcare for 35 years. Lynne has a genuine passion for working with the elderly and loves making a difference in their lives. She sees residents as extended family and enjoys spending time getting to know them and hearing their life stories. Lynne believes that understanding each person helps her provide the best possible person-centred care, supporting residents to feel comfortable, valued, and able to enjoy life to the fullest.

Throughout her career, Jacqueline has developed strong skills in cleaning, housekeeping, and organisation. Her experience in hospital environments has also given her valuable insight into supporting residents and working to care-focused standards.

In addition to her domestic background, Justyna also has experience within a care home environment whilst living in London, she spent six months working as a Care Assistant, gaining valuable insight into supporting residents and working within care-focused standards. This combination of long-standing domestic experience and care environment exposure makes Justyna a valuable addition to the team.

She takes great pride in the quality of food she prepares and understands the role good nutrition plays in supporting health and quality of life. Gail also specialises in baking, something she truly enjoys, and her homemade bakes are always popular with residents, bringing comfort, enjoyment, and a homely feel to mealtimes.

He is passionate about ensuring residents receive healthy, well-balanced meals that are both nourishing and enjoyable.

    Dawn thoroughly enjoys the social and personal side of her role, taking the time to build positive relationships with residents and make every visit to the salon a relaxed and enjoyable experience. She gains great satisfaction from helping residents look and feel their best, understanding the positive impact this has on their confidence, self esteem, and overall wellbeing.
