    Throughout Maggie’s early years she gained many qualifications in Health & Social Care which led to a promotion to Deputy Manager in 2016. After further studying for Management & Leadership qualifications in December 2018, she took on the Manager’s role. Maggie is now our Home Manager, she has a great insight to the health and wellbeing of her residents, staff and their workload due to her starting at ground level. Maggie’s knowledge and understanding of our residents and the home allows her to advise and support so that the best possible care is given to residents and equally to the support of her staff.

    Nicolle has 10 years of experience as a Nurse and has always worked in Care Homes for the elderly. Nicolle is passionate about residents receiving a high standard of care and providing support to the staff team to develop their skills and knowledge.

Residents are like her own family, and she enjoys learning about their live stories to build a good relationship to provide the best person-centred care to her residents, ensuring they get the best out of life.
